You must use Elite X continuously for the full 12 months. Pausing or stopping Elite X for more than 7 consecutive days voids the guarantee.

To claim a refund, you must provide trading logs or account statements verifying compliance with these conditions. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the 12-month period ending, and refunds will be processed within 30 days of verification.

The guarantee applies only to the initial investment (e.g., You signed up and paid $2999. If you start with $1,000 and end with $3,700, we refund $300). It does not cover additional deposits made during the 12 months.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Elite Signals website, EliteAlgo membership, or Elite X Automated Trading Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the website and services will immediately cease. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access. Refund Policy
